Alpaca socks are just amazing the feel on your feet, is like no other fiber.
You can make a lightweight hat, mitten or scarf, lighter then that of sheeps wool and it has an amazing thermal capacity. Alpaca fiber contains microscopic air pockets thus making high insulation values, plus wicks away
the moisture.
Our yarn is $4.00-$5.00 an ounce depending on the yarn, we do have some blends with Bamboo (10-15%),& a Sock yarn, 75% alpaca, 15% mohair & 10% merino.
Core Spun yarn is $1.80 ounce great for rugs. Roving is $2.00 ounce (soft as a cloud) for the spinners out there.
Our handmade products are price by the weight of the yarn, plus the knitter or crocheter fee.
